We’ve worked on improving the lives of over 25,000 people through direct practice.
CCDP’s impact lies in fostering sustainable change. By moving away from institution-based, project-centered approaches, CCDP ensures communities drive their own development. Through partnerships, such as with Oxfam Nigeria, CCDP has implemented the Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA), empowering small-scale farmers with financial access and savings skills. Currently, CCDP collaborates with Oxfam on the aGile pilot project, Urban Food Hives, transforming food systems in eight communities in Jos and Abuja.
What we do
We are a community-based development organization established by the COCIN leadership to meet the development needs of communities in Nigeria and areas covered by the Church. It is seen from this context, the development arm of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) which is a member of the protestant Churches.
